Alphaliner partners of RELINEEUROPE successfully completed several very interesting renovation projects over the last few months.
SUBTERRA and DPSM installed “record liners” in drainage lines under roadways.
Alphaliner partner SUBTERRA was commissioned to renovate a large sewer used for roadway drainage in southern France. This project involved the first installation of an Alphaliner in size DN 1800. The 65 meter-long Alphaliner1800, with a wall thickness of 16 mm, was cured within 2.5 hours using a REE4000 UV curing system.
The companies DPSM (Veolia Group) and RELINEEUROPE also impressed their customers with specialized solutions for renovating drainage lines under roadways. Thanks to the use of an Alphaliner1800 with a very high elastic modulus, a wall thickness of 13 mm was sufficient to handle the high static loads of the highway running four meters above the pipe. The 105 meter long Alphaliner installed by DPSM with a weight of 13 tons was the longest glass-fiber reinforced CIPP liner ever installed in one piece in France.
